Trust and review

Nothing important should happen in the dark.

Dauntless is most useful when the powerful parts are visible: what was prepared, where it came from, what it might affect, and what still needs your review.

Permission levels

Three modes keep the work from getting ahead of you.

01

Prepare

Dauntless drafts, compares, summarizes, or organizes work inside the workspace. Nothing external changes.

02

Stage for review

The next action is shown clearly before it leaves the workspace, such as a draft email or export preview.

03

Execute inside bounds

A narrow approved action may run only when the permission path, destination, and limits are explicit.

Available today

What you can count on now

  • Private workspace records, starter materials, confidence notes, exported files, updates, and work history are available today.

  • Google sign-in can open an approved account, but it does not grant blanket permission for Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar, payments, or publishing.

  • Gmail and Google Workspace paths remain review-first. Sending, charging, deploying, and public sharing require separate proof and approval.

  • Public metrics stay blank until they are computed from real Dauntless records and safe to show.

Review first

These actions need an explicit human checkpoint.

  • Send a message
  • Publish a page
  • Create or change a live provider file
  • Schedule an event
  • Open a payment path
  • Claim demand, revenue, traction, or market coverage
